Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervised installation teams to ensure adherence to best practices and efficient project execution.
- Assessed integration and system requirements, ensuring proper functionality and equipment condition.
- Evaluated computer, network, and software quality and performance.
- Managed installation and configuration of IP CCTV, Access Control, Attendance System, and related components.
- Responded promptly to inquiries, prepared technical documentation, and scheduled meetings for client presentations.
- Trained staff in operating CCTV systems and performed repairs and maintenance under Service Level Agreements.
